Our products are custom-made and fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including Printful, Printify, and Gelato.
By placing an order, you authorize us to share necessary order and shipping information with these suppliers solely for fulfillment purposes.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are produced and shipped by our third-party fulfillment partners.

Once an order has been shipped, Jaz Raimi Art LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or issue replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at jazraimiart@outlook.com and including order details and clear photos of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are not possible.
