All products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

2. Fulfillment & Shipping Method

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partners, including Printful, Printify, and Gelato.

We primarily use economy shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

FREE economy shipping is offered on all orders.

Shipping costs, when applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.

4. Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days after the order has shipped.

8. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional reshipment fees.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Jaz Raimi Art LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
