We only offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:


A. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Clear photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

Once reviewed, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

 

B. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (wrong item or design), please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

We will correct the issue by issuing a replacement or refund once the error is confirmed.

Please note: Jaz Raimi Art LLC is not responsible for customer errors, including ordering the wrong size, color, or item, or for changes of mind. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors:

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products

Items ordered in the incorrect size, color, or style by the customer

Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the product arrived defective.

If a replacement is approved due to our error, we will cover the cost of reshipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Returned-to-Sender Packages

Lost in Transit

If an order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We may require you to contact the shipping carrier to assist with locating the package.

Depending on the circumstances, the order may be replaced or refunded.

 

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows the order was delivered but you did not receive it, Jaz Raimi Art LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

 

Returned to Sender

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to reshipment fees.
